Productive Saturday

I have had a pretty productive day today at home. Started out with a leisurely start to the day. Went to Frisch's Big Boy for breakfast with Carrie and Mark. Mary was at a friend's house for a sleep over.
After breakfast we went back home and watch a little Sci-Fi tv. Mark wanted to watch Disney's "Cars" movie so I put the DVD on for him. Since I had only see about 2/3 of it before, I watched the whole thing to "fill in the gaps". Very good movie about what is important.
After Cars went off, I went to "Computer Warehouse" to pick up a Okia ATX 450 watt power supply. They were running a special: $19.99 (USD+Tax). Total was $21.36. Brought it home and installed into my system. It works flawlessly. It actually has 4 molex connectors which is good because I have 4 drives to run. We bought a new supply to free up the one that came with the Compaq Presario that my sister gave to us.
There's a needy family that has a baby that needed a double stroller because their apartment burnt to the ground and they were left devistated. If you would like to donate toys, or clothes, please contact via email.
Moved some junk around that was sitting around the computer desk area. Had planned to consolidate it down to a couple of boxes, but got involved in this PC migration for Carrie. She hasn't relinquished control of her pc yet for me to move the hardware to the Compaq. This may not happen until tomorrow.
Finished up on my system and started downloading a free flight simulator by the name "Flight Gear" Don't know how well it will run on a P3 w/384mb ram yet. I plan on tring it out after posting this entry.
While writing and downloading, we started watching Doctor Who. Seems that BBC America is about a year behind the SciFi channel. Strange, since this is a BBC series. We are currently watching "The Doctor" while eating Domino's pizza for dinner. Next up will be Torchwood, a spinoff of Doctor Who.
