The Year is Flying By!!

Heck I hate it how the months are just flying, people are starting to talk in hushed tones about Christmas. The thought of that fills me with loathing and dread. But there are some good things coming up which are helping to deaden the pain of that crazy season - Rugby is on again so going to all my home games plus off to the Pearl Jam concert at the end of November. Hope the weather is nice on the night.

But is it just the thought of Christmas which fills us with panic or is that time a really crazy part of the year where everyone loses the plot. I try to do my shopping early so I can stay away from the Mad Malls - made that mistake once and don't intend to do that again. So hard to find a carpark and when you get into the mall it's wall to wall people. And in a lot of cases it's full of kids if you are stupid enough to go when school has finished for the year.

But that's life, just have to grin and bear it I guess but one good thing about Christmas is that it only lasts for a short time each year.
