Materials of Time

Laughter and conversation filled the evening of last with boastfulness and silliness and hugs and good eats mingled with lots and lots of laughter. Made for an entertaining and insightful night. Mostly we just ate and talked. No one got too intoxicated, no one got ugly. But, no one ever does at my home. For some reason, this house invites feel good feelings.

The wind bounces the sunshine rays like a soccer game right now. Sitting … watching … so at peace. It’s almost hard to be distracted enough to jot some sort of something in here. Yet, I’m compelled to report the day’s progress to my best buds and check in and see what everyone else is doing.

Within these here walls
Thoughts escape into a bliss
Sitting standing still
