Playfully dark

Showering of my backyard scene
Intensely keen
Now sings my soul
Garden’s kind role

Your picture and poems are thought provoking. And you can perhaps try black and white photo too. I think it will intensify certain feeling. Specially, I like this passage "Now sings my soul..." that evokes deep peace and content in my heart... Very nice.

Hi, Cakkleberrylane! Thanks! The picture is an isolation from a much larger photo. It had been raining all day, and the wind was so bad that I thought it would knock trees down. Then, all of a sudden it was quiet. I looked outside and WOW! a rainbow, even though it was still so shadowy from the day’s rain. I think the flowers grew an inch in that one day.
