but sometimes not

Cynthia 6. April 2008, 23:47

sometimes just the scenery (smiling)

Kamel 7. April 2008, 00:09

what kind of smiling...

Cynthia 7. April 2008, 00:20

Smiling that you took notice of something that I wrote. Smiling that the trees in my yard are budding and ready to open up their blooms. Smiling that I just ate a really great meal. Smiling that even the words that I wrote are making me go … "ahh ... oh ... hmmm ..." Just smiling that the cardinal in the picture just accidentally flew across my lens while I was taking a picture of something totally different than it. I don't know ... just smiling. Mostly smiling probably because I am happy to be alive.

Kamel 7. April 2008, 00:28

that right and well but that's not eternity that's life
We shoudn't be afraid by eternity because It's the good side
but I think men are not wise enough and not good enough too
So if we feel something not good about eternity I think
It's more our fault thant It's

I don't maybe I'm wrong but I feel it like that
It's just my point of view

Cynthia 7. April 2008, 00:31

Your point of view - I thank you for sharing it. Thanks again for commenting.

Kamel 7. April 2008, 00:51

hope you not take it wrong It's just an echange of ideas
your words about smiling were nice and the story about the cardinal
funny...If I can say so...

You right about life this times are not easy easy

thanks to you

Cynthia 7. April 2008, 00:57

No, no, no ... please know that I did not take it the wrong way - not at all. I am always so happy when I see you comment about anything that I write. I only wish that I could read French to read the poems that you write. I had four years of French a long, long time ago, and I have unfortunately not retained any of it - for this I apologize.

Kamel 7. April 2008, 01:09

I have the same problem with english I don't know all the words
my english is poor in vocabulary and there some words that I read
on different blogs that I don't understand(words that all the people
know may be)

I'm sorry to not traduce them but their some jokes or fine meaninf
that It's impossible to traduce them well
but thank for reading me It's gentle...

"Sur ce je vous dis au revoir car il se fait tard ici

Au revoir et à bientôt...."

Cynthia23, Thanks for sharing this. Another concise poem written, as always, with a minimum of words, but what you write and the way you write (the narrative you employ), is apt and complements the images you post here.

lokutus_prime 7. April 2008, 10:15

bluecoffee, I realise your reply is for Cynthia23 but hope you will not mind if I comment apropos, part of what you said, viz, "but I think men are not wise enough and not good enough too"

I inferred that when you say 'men" you are using this in the sense of "humankind"?
If this is what you mean then, in a philosophical sense I am inclined to agree with you. I apologise to Cynthia for giving my view (because I have no desire to raise any question that moves away from her excellent poem); I realise that you were talking to Cynthia (but I was intrigued by your comment).

Kamel 7. April 2008, 10:18

Yes it's that my english don't know all that fine words
humankind is better than men
in french we say "l'homme" or"les hommes" or"l'etre humain"

lokutus_prime 7. April 2008, 10:20

Thank you for explaining this to me
I am, as we sometimes say in english, "a bear of very little brain"

Kamel 7. April 2008, 10:24

"un ours sans tête" but in french it more means stupidity

Cynthia 7. April 2008, 21:32

Thank you Loku for your notice of this little piece. Thanks to both you and Bluecoffee for your thoughts. Peace, Cynthia
