Perhaps, temp_h is known as the illustrater who created an unofficial Opera mascot, Øpera-tan. Wikipedia says that he created Øpera-tan in response to Lawrence Eng's recommendation (a news source says that Lawrence suggested that the mascot of Opera will wear "opera gloves").

He is also a nice graphic tool hacker. He created and distributed a free digital screen tone plugin for Gimp. This is very nice and useful for manga artist who works with computer, furthermore, it's entirely free of charge!
