With all that security there, somebody wasn't paying enough attention.
And they are saying it's the parent's are responsible? Not so! It happened on school grounds.
Idiots!

Karen a really big nerve.
Pam, I agree, Idiots. "The corner on the outskirts of school grounds where the girl was attacked, he said, was not part of the search." They couldn't see what the hell was going on on the outskirts.
"that lasted for more than two hours in a dimly lit corner of the sprawling campus"
"Rather than call for help, some of the students took pictures, police told ABC's San Francisco affiliate KGO."

Police officers found the girl semi-conscious, curled up near a lunch table."

It is not God's fault that this happened.
I often ask God myself why bad things happen. Like to this young girl and to this little 9 year old girl, Jessica Lundsford .
He created this world but did not create the unjust mess we are in.

We also have to confess that we are fascinated by dominating bad boy traits. Plain, gentlemanly people don't seem to be interesting to us. To us they aren't as thrilling and exciting as the people having bad boy traits are.

He is not entertained by conflicts.
He did not create woman to be lower then man, from man's rib God created woman to be a helper to him.

Carol, you will say burn a child's fingers everyday to teach him that it burns. Why god is bent upon teaching us this way, who told him to create this school, and who told him to create us as his students, he is a sadist, he created us so dumb that he would be able to teach us every day, he keeps himself entertained this way.

Other prisoners find ways to get to such 'people' (who, BTW, are the second lowest on the 'totem pole', above only child rapists). Guards might have their attention elsewhere, for instance ('oops'). But they'll soon meet with someone who is able to do to them what they did to that poor kid.
That doesn't make it right (two wrongs, etc). But it does give them a sense of what the girl went through.

I know it has happened, will happen again, and it's just going to be this way sometimes.
Doesn't mean it doesn't hurt me to hear this. I've been raped, and as traumatic as the experience was for me., I simply cannot even comprehend how she will feel. How she will deal.
Some things defy understanding. I wish it wasn't so.

They say you should always scream "FIRE"
Dacotah # 1. November 2009, 18:21
Mina, in this case I don't think it would of matter what she screamed. I also don't think she could of screamed, they beat her up really bad.
Mina # 1. November 2009, 21:22
I'm just saying in general.. I was taught in college to scream FIRE instead of RAPE... studies proved people tend to ignore hearing RAPE or even HELP, but always tended to check out FIRE.
*shrugs* it makes no sense..
