Why can't he bring legal action against them for deceptive practices? Liars and bullies.

Missing my two fur babies in Minot, ND

I have not seen my two cats, Ms. Rascal and Mr. Snoops since the first part of July, 2011.
When we had to evacuate in June I put them with someone. They were scared and confused, didn't understand what was going on. They escaped from there and I haven't seen them since.
I put an ad in the paper, called the pound and human society and have people looking out for them. Still no luck in finding them.

I miss them so very much. If any one in Minot, ND sees them please let me know.
