Opera Unite's Proxy was always down for about a month and many users complained about this issue because without the proxy working Unite will not even work.
(Opera Unite button looked like this with 503

)

The Opera Unite Team has been working on making the Proxy stable and their work paid off, it now works. Now, after weeks of "Opera Unite error 503: The Opera Unite proxy server is currently not reachable. The network may be down" you can use Opera Unite error free!

i already see the video... but i didnt found button menu opera unite in my opera 10 browser on left side like on that video instruction

Go to this and get the latest snapshot. You are probably using version 10.01 while you need to be using version 10.1 beta. Note Opera 10.1 is not finished, it is just a preview.
