A Riddle for me, a Riddle for two

Today's blog entry is about...the DC Comics' character, The Riddler. The Riddler is among my favorite characters because of his obsessive-compulsive need to leave clues. He is also a very intelligent man who is obsessed with riddles, puzzles, and word games. If I had to describe his personality, I would say he is a high-tempo, genius-level, overthinking man who enjoys having other people use their minds for something other than basic thought. He isn't out to kill everyone or create a disturbance. He is out to satisfy his own need for mental titillation. He causes Batman himself to delve into his own mind to understand a problem.
When The Riddler, aka Edward Nashton(also Edward Nygma or Nigma), was young, he developed his love of riddles after his teacher announces that a contest will be held over who can solve a puzzle the fastest. He sneaks into the school after hours and studies the puzzle until he can solve it in under a minute. He wins the prize, a book about riddles. He becomes a carnival worker who uses puzzles and riddles for profit. Always looking for a bigger challenge, he dons the guise of The Riddler and sets his sights on Batman.
Mentally, Edward has the irresistable urge to tell the truth. The spawns from his childhood when his father beat him for scoring irregularly high on a test, leading his father to believe he had cheated. To cover the pure truth, he uses complex riddles.
He eventually figures out the identity of Batman, but cant bring himself to tell everyone. He would lose his prime source of mental stimulation.
After a near fatal fight, Edward is struck in the head, causing him to go into a coma, later giving him amnesia. He no longer has the irresistable urge to leave clues yet he still enjoys riddles and using them. He becomes a detective and after a short time, he and Batman join together to solve cases.
Recently, he had been hired by the Penguin to track down Black Mask.
Ties to Batman 3(Nolan series)
Really, this is just my way of explaining how I think The Riddler will play into the movie. Purely theory, my dear boy, purely theory.

Introduction:
There will be an abrupt introduction of The Riddler into news and Batman's world. Later, a back story will be filled in showing The Riddler's childhood and a little of his current life. He will have a job somewhere quiet or hidden, you could say. Some examples are at a library or in a cubicle. He will finally feed his aspirations after the Dark Knight becomes somewhat mainstream after realizing he has finally found a formidable foe in his mental trap or riddles. He doesn't want to be obviously recognized as himself yet he wants to be known as The Riddler so he dons his green pinstriped suit and bowler hat along with his mask and cane. He will send or leave clues for Batman to find, leaving a strange aura around the clues. Batman wont know what to make of them at first so The Riddler will need to make it abuntently apparent that he is here to stay. [insert big scheme here] The Riddler will put Batman's love interest (personally I think it will be Talia A'Ghul) in jeopardy, causing Batman to fall into The Riddler's trap. Batman will outwit him at some point and escape, but The Riddler will escape. more later.
Here is a riddle that might just play into the movie.
"How did the Penguin succeed in becoming mayor of Gotham City?"
And the greatest riddle he has ever faced:
"Who am I?"
