I am a normal guy with 41 years of experience behind me.
I am original from the little cold(It isn't really that cold as many people think it is) country named Denmark in Scandinavia, but lives in Prague, Czech Republic on my 9th year now and love it!
I have been many places in the world but never in Asia which I would love to explore, maybe one day that will come....

My work

Educated Chef and have been working as Chef, Sous Chef, Executive and Chef de Cuisine in Denmark, USA , Norway, The Czech Republic , Arctic and Antarctic regions.
For the last year I have been working as Chef de Cuisine onboard a Expedition Ship which operate in the Scottish Islands , Arctic and Antarctic Regions.
