From Russia with Love

Today, Tomorrow, Always...

good night, and good luck.

, ,

yeah, it's night already and I decided to write the next post devoted to the poll

do you believe that you're lucky?

I actually dunno. I have never won a huge sum of money in lottery and I practically never take lucky cards on exams.:ko: But I guess it's not bad. I really believe in the law of compensation, when if you lose something, in some time you will certainly get something back - I mean not the same thing (btw who knows :D), but something even more precious.

In my poll I voted for serious events in life. I'm used to deal with routine problems, and that's why I'm not afraid of difficulties (though I often panic while facing them ). But when it comes to something serious, I prefer to count both on myself and my luck

And I always thank God, destiny or whatever for meeting not bad people around me. These are really important events in life and that's what I think is pure luck, 'cause you never know who the strangers around you are...

serious thoughts often come late at night.

it's just a beginning =)once again.

If you look at the materiality side winning a lottery makes you lucky.yes money is good at least it makes you independent and feel great  But I think real luckiness is incorporeal.Being healty, having your family, happy in life, happy in work, good friends etc...
Of course we'll feel desperate sometimes but we always can find something to smile that makes us happy  If we can do that, then we're lucky

I also voted for luck in serious moments. I don't consider myself a lucky person, actually I feel I need a bit more of luck in my every-day life, but 'till know, I guess I've done a good job dealing with my lack of it.
Anyway, in very serious moments, in which I'm usually very nervous, I also like counting on some luck.
Once, I told someone "Wish me luck for the test", and he told me, "you don't need luck, you'll do ok for what you know."
But I believe that many times things don't depend on yourself, you just have to wait and see what destiny gives you. That's when I really want luck...
