You know, life is a very strange thing. Its so teasingly short, forcing people to expereince nothing but pain and hardships all throughout it and when it seems like you finally find something that makes it worth it all, when you've finally reached your peek, its all down hill from there. Zoroastrianism holds that all of mankind is given a special power, a power that simply is the gift to make choices in life to chang ethings for the bettter for everyone concerned. Rarely do we see such a power as this exercised and even more rarely do we see it exercised without selfish reasons.
Even if one is to exercise such a fundamental right as that, how would one go about doin gso? I've been giving this alot fo thought lately and it seems to me that there are several powers or strengths inherient in all mankind that have to be discovered and harnessed first. It seems that the order of these powers go something like this:
1)The ability see clearly with eyes unclouded by ones own intent be it intent born out of pain, desire or anything else.
2)The ability to motivate ones self towards accomplishing ones goal.
3)The ability to endure all of the pain and suffering that life sends your way.
4)The ability to change the world.
I'll be going into each said ability in later blogs. Until then talk to all of you later.
Peace!

Hi, I like to go simply by the name of dark magus. Now, before we get into anything about magick and occult practices, I would like to clarify something. When I use the word Magus for myself, I'm not speaking in terms of the Zoroastrian priesthood known as the Magi, those astrologer-priests that eventually became famed for visiting the Christ. Rather, I am using the meaning that it eventually evolved into the Old French used meaning. Namely, to label someone as being a magick user or a magician, though to my knowledge not stage magic.
Now that we have settled that small matter let me get to the real meat and bones of the subject. Welcome to my blog, this blog as some might gather, will deal with historical, mystical, philosophical and the occasional scientific views of the occult world and life in general. I'm always glad to get feedback on the issues being talked about though hopefully it will be in a positive and constructive light but lets face it, can't always get what ya want. With that said, "Have at thee!"
