D's Block

So A LOT has happen since my last post. I actually met someone and got married since the last time I posted on here! I have been in a mad transitional stage. I still plan on completing my album, but in lieu of that, I have decided that I want to give some of my godchildren a chance to receive some blessings that I was never afforded. If I knew then what I know now, or if someone approached me with the capabilities that I possess now some 15-20 years ago, then I'm sure that my life would be much different than it is. I'm not saying that it would be better...but it would be much different! All I want to do is give these young people that I've encountered a chance that was never offered to me. It doesn't mean that they will get rich or famous by any stretch of the imagination. But, what I can offer is a definite outlet to express themselves verbally, positively and most importantly...artistically. Now that I'm married, and my newly wed wife has an understanding of what I'm about artistically, I have been able to relocate my "lab" to a more recording friendly area. I plan on finishing up all of my features for the albums that I've been asked to be on as well as starting my own project "The Wonder Years" while also providing an outlet to the younger generation so that they will have all of the opportunities & outlets to be able to have their voice heard. I am so excited! You are officially invited to witness the making of Block Kings Productions....an offspring of D's Block! Let the adventure and creativity begin.....
