During my stay in St. Petersbourg in June 2007 I had to walk a lot in the center with my mum and every time some strange pictures on the walls caught my eyes. People don't usually pay much attention on them but actually you can find them in every step. So I started to photograph them even though my mum said that I should rather photograph nice architecture and stuff.
