Not enjoy the silence

Yep, it happened again. Total silence. From me. Not around me. I lost my voice again. This seems nowadays to happen every two months. Last sunday I went to the swimmingpool (with all the children, me the only adult, I looked apon as a challenge and it really worked, we had a great time) and when I left the pool, I already felt that my voice was changing. Then in the afternoon, I could barely speek. Yesterday I had to instruct a colleague who will takeover a part of my job and therefor could not be silence. Now I only wished that I had obeyed silence. My voice changed into a rasping sound, very difficult to be understood. I have to go into a meeting now, my input is required, oh help....
