On Contemporary Art

I like arts. But I prefer the musical side of arts. And contemporary art is just something that doesn't speak to me. I see those pieces of art and I'm in blank.
Recently I went to a new museum in Mexico, the MUAC or Museo Univeritario de Arte Contemporaneo or Univerisary (or something like that) Museum of Contemporary Art. And from the 3 exhibits that were in there I only liked 2 pieces. One was a heart made of twigs and mud and the other was some steel disks which you had to breath on and they showed you a face. Other than that there was nothing that picked my attention.
One piece was a line of coal. FUCKING COAL! Other was just a piece of cloth nailed to a wall. One rather stupid thing was an asbestos thing that had gunshots on it. Oh...and there was the video of people shooting that asbestos thing. Other was a piece of concret.
The last exhibit was filled with Nazi iconography and penises and dead animals. I'm sure it has a meaning but for me it really didn't.
I prefer the dance, music, theatre. But 95 % of contemporary art makes me thing that some bloke did it on a sunday afternoon while drunk.
