Howdy Everybody.
I've been really busy, but I promise that I'll get to those requests in the next couple of days.
Ive been working on a way to do what I love and make money doing it. I really appreciate all of the support and confidence you've given me over the last year, and it has allowed me to step out the mundane existence I was dwelling in and focus on the important things in life. Making people happy while making myself happy.
A few days ago, I registered the domain name InverseVandalism.com and started building a website.
This unique web service will give anyone in the world an opportunity to immortalize themselves in song and own it by buying the copyright!
All you would have to do is fill out a questionnaire, give me some info on yourself, pay for the song, and I would write the lyrics and music. I would then record it and ship it to you by email and hard copy. At that point, you would have the option to purchase the copyright to your very own song!
I'm still working out the pricing system and the logistics but that's the gist of it. Since song craft is an art and it takes time, it's been difficult to gauge what it would be worth to someone. I suppose whatever someone would be willing to pay is what it's worth. Whatever I decide, I'll surely have discounted rates for all of you.
Everyone has a quintessential song that defines the way they feel about themselves or view the world.
In a few weeks I'll be prepared to lend my services to help you find the words and music that best expresses those feelings.
I will also be talking to Wakajawaka and Bozinek about allowing your song to be played on Radio KBOZ, thus unleashing your song on the world! Imagine your song reaching 27 countries on 5 continents....
