Childhood is the best period in the life of the most people. Childhood always associates with fun, happiness, family and friends. So why do we always associate childhood with only good and kind memories?
In childhood everything seems less complicated, we don't look for the private benefit, and can be friends without any purposes, self-interests and politics. Have you ever noticed the difference between the profession that the child and the adult dream about? What child wants to be? - cosmonaut, engineer, scientific, teacher. And now let's think what an average adult wants to be? - banker, financier, manager, businessmen. What is the difference between the two opinions?
Child wants to build, to research, to discover new things, to improve the world. Why are all the kinds of superheroes like batman, spider-man and others so popular among the children? Because the target of these heroes is to help people, to fight against evil for the piece. They help people without any personal benefit for them. Altruism is their character and it's also the character of children.
However many adults don't want to do all these "stupid things" that the children want. The way they think is different from the child's one. Why do they need to improve the world if it's no gain for this? Adults want money, nice girls from the fashion magazines ( or boys ), cool cars, expensive clothes and luxurious life. In other words, we can say that children are the builders and adults are the parasites and spongers. Of course I don't mean all the adults, but the great part of them. And the other part like Einstein, Mozart, Leonardo da Vinci (and other not so famous people)are the people that continued being children in their soul even in the adult age.
In the childhood you think that the time is unlimited and you'll stay the child forever, but some day you find that you became an adult. And you can't romp with friends, race them one another and play cowboys. You can't do all these things because an adult should be imposing, grand and important and not childish and infantile. Suddenly you realize that you don't want to change the world any more.
All these thoughts are the result of my viewing the world and the people in this world. And I don't want to become an adult, but to stay a child in my soul forever!
