Some of you are 20 years old...and you are worn out already..your life is alredy over..and you look tired and and slugish...get up and do something ! You are just small and weak !

I'm about your age. I figure I'm approximately half-way done. This year I'm riding my bike at least 5 miles daily, and three days each week I hit the playground using the equipment like a gymnasium: push-ups and pull-ups from all different angles. Maybe after I'm sixty I'll take up rock-climbing. Oh, and I weigh about 235 lbs.

these days lately, i feel much older than my calendar birthday says i am. my friends (physical) tell me that i am only as old as i feel in my mind -- shit, i'm not able to keep track of one day to the next. if it wasn't for this machine and other sources i couldn't tell you more than this is another day, it is daylight, i'm hungry (well i was a minute ago) and i've got to be at work at 11 pm tonight. sometimes i feel like i just pass the time without knowing where, when and how -- but it passes. does that make me old? i don't really care!
