I Smell Another Rat

In the budget Darling promised that all those under 25, who had been out of work for 12 months or more, would be given work or 'training'.
If my experience of so-called 'training' is anything to go by (the IAP farce) this will be yet another example of government sleight-of-hand.
It seems to be popular for the unemployed to be attacked in the media. That part of society that cannot fight back is always the victim of bullying.
Maybe the taxpayers should take a step back and ask themselves what is unemployment benefit for? The politicians will tell you it's altruism - they are liars. Without some financial sop the unemployed would have no stake in society. Such non-stakeholders loose nothing by rioting and taking what they need.
The costs of large-scale insurrection is far more than the meagre amount of the dole. It seems the powers that be still have to pay Danegeldt.
