Boredom 6 - Excitement 0
Far too many draws. What a boring world cup it is. Still it does mean that the local morons are not shouting "Eng-ger-land" or blaring their car horns. Let's be thankful for small mercies eh!
Still not fully mobile - tendon relaxed but muscle above as tight as ever. Can drive ok but no badminton this morning. Even worse I paid in advance for a Contra Dance ticket (tomorrow) that I would be stupid to go to.
Meanwhile back at the ranch: My esteemed neighbour is giving me the benefit of a pounding beat and mangled treble. The 'coalition' government is softening us up for a lot of pain. I have just been quoted for my car insurance - I seem to be paying for a Rolls-Royce but driving a Mini?.
