My Opera'Ginger' the Stray

About 6 weeks ago I spotted a long-haired ginger cat in my 'garden'. Nothing unusual in that really - seems that I am providing an adventure playground for the local moggies. Sightings have, however, become more frequent of late - so I have taken a few photos:
A poor bedraggled thing it is too.
So far I have managed to open my landing window and talked to the cat - without it running off. It sneaks into my kitchen at night to raid the cat bowls (it gets the stuff my two leave).
Local cat rescue places are currently inundated so cannot think of catching this stray. Will have to do something before the winter though - maybe put a cat-flap into the garden shed!
