London and Copenhagen - the trip is comming to an end.

, , , ,

Hi Alll,

Duploworld calling again.

I less than 6 hours i will board the flight from Copenhagen back to Greenland, the around the northern atlantic ocean trip is coming to an end.

London were amazing, I did not have any spare time at all. or barely no spare time at all, that is, but i did make a swift walk through the central london on that monday. wonderful. I got a walk through soho, a few other Viktoria bank and Hyde Park.
THis trip is when the pictures were taken, but aside from that London were all work... well I will just come back soon...

I miss the ability to do city breaks:) But a few pictures were taken from the walk... here are few:

Final Picture frm London is dedicated to all of you Cinny lovers out there... this must be your favourite Londonian bar:

From London I went to Copenhagen to spend the weekend, loads of time with my family and especially brother and sister, they mean the world to me and will always be a very important part of my life no matter where in the world we live and how far we are apart. Thanks Tulle and Tykke.

I had ample of photo opportunities as well in copenhagen and the album will mainly show you two of my favourite places, the beach where I were brought up "Vallensbæk strand" and the coastline North of Copenhagen where I lived before leaving to Greenland. Below is a few Examples but I truely urge you to take a closer look at the entire "Around the Northern Atlantic" album, I am quite pleased with the pictures in it.
Vallensbæk:

Fortress of Charlottenlund and Bellevue Beach:

I even got the chance to shoot a few ducky birdys:) nothing remarkable about these pictures per se, but they were shot with a 105 mm lens and those having made ducky birdy shots will know what that means here are two of the five uncropped examples from the album:

Below picture called "Contrasts of Copenhagen" really is a perfect way to round up this rather picture rich post and my trip.

Again take a look at the album and let me know what you think.

It is what I consider my best picture so far, and is posted as it came out of the camera no post processing done.

Take care you all, I will be catching up on you all as I get back home.

Thomas

Oh, such nice photos from south of København.

Vallensbæk Strand, isn´t that all Køge Bugt Strandpark now? Haven´t been there for many years.

My favourite is the lonely life guard tower? in november.

Hi Allan,

Thank you:)
You are so right, Vallensbæk strand is a part of Køge Bugt Strandpark, But it is still an area of its own.

The Guard Tower from Bellvue Beach actually, but I gues you know that already:)

That walk from bellevue beach to Charlottenlund Fort were a very special experience.

Take care:)

Great photos Thomas! They are very sharp and bright.
Your new "toys" seem to work very well. bigsmile
And with your innate photographing talent, the result is very good.

Have a good return home. smile

I wish I knew what it was confused, but there's something about that last photo that's very compelling. Maybe the light, and the way the buildings are shrouded in mist.

Are the duck photos HDR? The colors are so vivid.
