Argh... soo busy....

, , ,

HI All,

Duploworld is a mess these days... It has been more busy than ever last week and wow has there been a lot of changes around.
I will be back either monday or tuesday evening with the full story, some additional travelling plans and reading up on what all you people has been up to lately.

Bear over with me and enjoy these 3 winter pictures taken on yesterday afternoon and this afternoon evening til then.

First picture were taken this afternoon in the breakup between snowfalls, I have never seen al ight light this before... sureal is the word that springs to mind.

An evening view to "Ringorput" the newest and most remote part of Nuuk, taken around 1630 tonight.

Last but not least a sunset from last night.

Again thanks for bearing over with me and take good care.

Thomas

HI Asgeir,
I have been indeed. Not nearly enough time to do what I want to do these days.
Thanks for the ocmpliments and the visits.

I prefer the second one by far!

I have earlier expressed my admiration for your winter-darkness photography. This makes no exception.

The lights of the small village almost drowned in the dark-blue arctic winter´s night is mind-blowing to me. It gives me a feeling of the smallness of humankind compared to the great, huge universe. Just as I sometimes feel when standing by a roaring ocean.

Hi Allan,

Thank you for that most kind compliment. They are both cold and I find them rather difficult, yet rewarding, to work on.

I personally love the winter up here and to me it perhaps even more beautiful during dusk and night than during the day.

Thanks again.

HI GoodNaturedribbing,

Thanks for the kind compliment:)

Sansanshan Wednesday, November 29, 2006 7:56:56 AM

That's weird. I know I posted a comment but it's disappeared now. monkey Anyway, I just wanted to say how alien that first landscape looks. Like a scene on another planet.

Thomas Bojer EltorpDuplo Wednesday, November 29, 2006 10:52:16 PM

Hi Sandy,

I have had that experience before too, darn server:monkey:

I were a very spookey expeerience being there, but amazing to:)

hungryghost Saturday, December 2, 2006 5:01:22 AM

yes, I too have had that problem. Oooh. we should start a leetle clique - bloggers who've been teased by monkeys. I guess though that'd be everyone on opera so it wouldn't be really be a clique anyway bigsmile bigsmile

Sansanshan Saturday, December 2, 2006 5:09:42 AM

How 'bout bloggers who've been teased by hedgehogs. That should narrow it down enough to make a click. bigsmile
