White Autumn?

Hi All,

Well Another Duploworld Update is up and a good one at that.

I returned from New York and London a good week ago and has been held company by blizzards and a F0hn wind attack. even in spite of the fact that the good 24 hours of Fohn wind did kill some of the snow, Greenland is still slowly progressing towards its most beautiful season, winter.

Today I had a most beautiful walk in the harsh, but to me beautiful Greenlandic late autumn landscape.
As days has decreased a fair bit, this afternoon walk would be what the rest of you guys would probably call... well... an evening walk:D

Thomas - as usual great photos. Good enough to satisfy anyone´s needs of aesthetics.

I am a bit puzzled, though. The two crosses, are they the entrance of a cemetery?

THey are indeed the entrance to our local semetery.
This particular semetery is just placed in such a beautiful place I think.

Hi Thomas,

Once again, our 2 worlds meets in this late Autumn/early Winter scenery. Here, what was supposed to be only a not-lasting layer of snow becomes a more and more thick one. Looks like winter is here for real.

Hi Louis,

Yep indeed they meet again our two worlds... slopes are about to open on real sno up here, temperatures around -10C and winterskies more stunning than ever.
