Back in Nuuk

Hi all,
Well guess it is time for the weekly update, almost a week has past and well it has been completely different from the last two.
We flew back to Nuuk Monday, via Kangerlussuaq as usual, but one little thing were different... they are called mosquitoes, some annoying little buggers and they were all over, have not seen that many of them before, not even in Finland.
Anyway, the week itself has been quiet and easy, Tuesday were workshop day, hosted a workshop on the project I am managing. It actually went very well. Bearing the risk of sounding like a workaholic in mind, I got to admit that it were good to get back to work.
Yesterday we joined up with a lot of our new friends up here, one of them is moving back to Copenhagen and he threw us a major "it-were-nice-to-be-here-see-you-all-in-Copenhagen" Party and what a party:hat:
it were way fun, but kind of sad as well, Personally I am going to miss him up here, not to mention his skills as a chef.
Today we went to the theatre to catch a movie with a few friends as well, the movie were X-men III, OK movie by my standards.
A horrible thing that I have learned this weekend as well is that the owners of our local gym got to be out of they minds:doh: during July and August they are switching to summer schedule, not a ad thing as such, but summer schedule basically means that they wont be open early mornings during this period and Fridays to Sundays they will not be open at all. That is outright stupid:furious: but hey it means plenty of time for climbing and skating, if the weather permits it.
Speaking of weather it has been quite a rough weekend. Saturday we had a storm passing by, heavy rain, even snow at times, temperatures just around zero degrees and wind said around 30 meters pr. second.
Today were slightly better, less wind around 5 degrees and no rain. What a summer:mad:
But then again last weekend it were like 25 degrees and lots of sun, guess we have had pretty much four seasons within a week:eyes:
Anyway time for me to go to bed:zzz:
Do take care you all...
Thomas
