Has summer ended already?

Hi All,
Another Update from Duplo World and do be impressed because so far I am keeping my promise and updating the blog on a weekly basis:D I gotta admit that my track record at this kind of things is not good. But having moved up here combined with some of the quite interesting blogs that I have become a bit addicted to follow (Hungry Ghost, Hirokichi and Green Aya), seems to be the road to continuation in here.
As the title states I am a bit curious if summer has already ended, the last week or so has been amazing, worm weather and clear blue sky like 24 hrs a day. It has given me some experiences beyond expectations. Greenland has so many different facades. and the landscape changes completely depending of the weather and the season. Summer is truly amazing, when the sun is shining that is:D
However I got to admit that winter is my favourite, the places is just prettier covered in snow. Summer is pretty enough, but it is just not the same and those d*** mosquitoes, they are really starting to bug me.
It has been a wonderful week though, Beautiful sceneries combined with some challenging tasks at work and just plain out relaxation:D:D However today has been totally different heavy clouds lots of rain and rather chilly temperatures, why I keep wondering if summer is already over?
Saturday were kind of cosy day, just my fiancée and I, long walk in beautiful weather an OK dinner (Our favourite restaurant were full) and a pleasant long walk back home, just enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful views... really a perfect evening , sometimes a quiet evening is an amazing thing.
Speaking of restaurants and I have probably mentioned it before (bear with me though), we do surprisingly enough have two really great restaurants mixing the local specialties (like reindeer and musk ox) with fine cuisine and great wine. Unlike what one may expect, the price is actually quite fair. I think that we topped out at around 200 USD pr. person including a 7 courses menu, wine, coffee and a decent single malt.
Last thing I want to share with you from up here, it’s a special scenery that seems to appear on a regular basis.
It is ocean fog that travels towards land, it is like a dark wall travelling towards shore at huge speed It really does look amazing, the picture below does really not give much of an impression, but if you look towards the horizon you will discover the wall I am talking about.

I will try to get some better pics next time, but my camera update has not arrived yet, though I am looking forward to it, then I might will be able to shoot some decent pics of the sceneries up here:D:D
Anyway I will head off for bed, I do really hope that you all have had a wonderful week.
Take care:)
Thomas
