Miss Duplo

Hi All,
Just a brief Duploworld Update, mostly to show off Miss Duplo (I hope she does not mind:))
Weather this weekend is a mess, heavy and rather cold rain, one can actually feel that snow will be here soon, the rain were almost pure ice when falling. Heavy wind too. Not really a day for a walk but as Miss Duplo has gotten a new coat for her birthday (yep I am the guilty one) she were quite easy to talk into testing it (the coat) today.
Well as usual I brought the camera and the mounted the 43mm f/1.9 prime lens, planned to test the bokeh when shooting portraits. (I did not tell Miss Duplo that as I wanted her to act as model).
Here is the first shot, she has no yet figured out she is the target

Here she found out:D

Bottom line, The lens still is among the best I have ever tried, these pictures are straight off the camera. Again it is roumered to be among the best SLR lenses ever made, so I guess it should be nice, I love the bokeh when shot almost wide open (f/2) though the background is not optimal for portraits in these photos. it is quickly becomming my favoruite lens. I prefer a heavy and bulky lens ( do not ask me why), but this one is greeat even though being light and quite small.
As for mis Duplo I think she is beautiful:)
I will not cheat you for an autumn picture either, her it is, shot yesterday

Anyway I am off for bed.
Take care you all:)
Thomas
