This Duploworld update holds the last three pictures in the "Greenlandic Spring Pictures" album and while we have not really had spring yet, then I will start posting to the "Summer Photo Network" album from tomorrow.

but well on to the two pictures:

And finally an extra picture that I really came across when talking about how clean high ISO images can be when exposured correctly... an unusual perspective...

Yep one more of those Duploworld updates... And yet again it is to make way for a couple of Spring pictures before the Summer Photo Network launches on June first.

These two are from the peak of " Lille Malene"...

One of my favourite motives (yes Miss Duplo is still number 1:D)

We had a wonderful light on this evening, I like the light a lot not as powerfull or magic as the sunsets, but soft and very nice I think.

Hi All,

Well have more or less taken the easter off from Opera, mostly to spend time with Miss Duplo and some friends.

But here goes, the official Duploworld easter update:D

Thursday
Well we slept till late, had a easter lunch planned for 1400 hrs. at some friends house and wanted to be well rested for that. It was a great Lunch, good friends and loads of fun. what more to ask for:) but it was a long lunch too, we were not home until 0100 hrs:D
Friday
Friday was reserved for snowboarding, lots of excellent snow and laods of fun until miss duplo hurt her neck, had to take her home and lie down on the floor all evening, not much fun but she came out all right and that is what matters...
Still a fun day:)
Saturday
Well Miss Duplo had to work, so first chance I got I grabbed my gear and my board and rushed off to the slopes... and what a day:yes:
Beautiful high sun, blue sky and lots of crisp snow... met up with another snowoarder out there and even though he has been of the board for a few years he is light years ahead of me already in terms of jumping... but that was the target of the year geting better at that and well small steps but definitely moving in the right direction:D
We even got a few short "off-piste" runs squeezed in:up:

When I got home around 5ish and decided to grab the camera and go for a walk, just to walk the sore legs away kind of:)
Well here are a few pictures from the walk.
First off, is a new view at the lower half of the "Nuussuaq Staircase", my first attempt to picture it is HERE, but my 14mm prime gave a totally different view at it... much better, but still not perfect yet... anyway here goes:

Sunday
Sunday was easter brunch day at our house. had a round of good friends over for Miss Duplos special brunch, it was a very good way to start a cozy Sunday... Miss Duplo and I really just went lazy the rest of the day, not much to say:)
Monday
Well that is today and today has been all slopes again, miss Duplo and I went there early and around oneish a few friends joined in, they have just begun boarding and a still taking a lot of hits falling, but I think they are improving rather fast.
Miss Duplo achieved her first big success turning both heel and toeside... I am so proud of her and she looks soo lovely in that snowboarding gear:love:
this evening has been al slow and cozy, gathering strength for the upcomming days of worrk.

All in all an amazing easter:)
