Duplo's blog

- Just another blog on the internet -

Wow things are moving fast

Hi All,

well Duploworld has been turbocharged lately and it seems to be holding its pace.
It has become hard to keep up, but so far I am able to:)

The last few day has gone by getting the plans screwed as usual, We are now leaving for Copenhagen already on monday.. got a few meetings in Copenhagen thrown in on top of my planning, which means I have to clear all urgent tasks already by tomorrow and not by Wednesday as planned... well I was wondering what to do this weekend anyway:whistle:

The major upside is that I get a little longer at home and Miss Duplo will be with me this time:yes:

Well in lack of anything better I have decided to show you a bit more of the photo gear I have around:
My most recent buy, a flashgun (Pentax AF540FGZ, thought it might come in handy around Christmas,
Here it is mounted on my primary body (the Pentax K10D) along with my SIgma 17-70EX:

A bulky and heavy package (approx 2 kg in total) you might say, but it handles soo sweet:D

Well Christmas is just around the corner, why I have launched a Christmas album, so far it is a one picture album, but more will come:)
That is all for now... So with this picture I wish you a marry merry Christmas:)

Take care all:)

Thomas

Finally an updateLast update before Christmas:)

Do have a happy Christmas, Thomas - with family, food, presents and whatever goes along with it.

Btw - I like your xmas photo - which because of the reflection almost becomes a self-portrait smile

Same to you D!!

A very Merry Christmans to you and Miss D!! cheers

Your Pentax is what my camera wants to be when it grows up - but it needs to spend a lot of time in the gym to get there! smile

Travelling for work is not exactly a pleasure - but you're "in the business" so you know what to expect!

I always thought that Christmas on North region would be more nice! Maybe cos the snow!!!

smile

hugs Thomas!

HI Allan,

Well Yooper, better get him a prescription for the gym then;)

Thanks for understanding the difference between the two types of travel:)

Thomas Bojer EltorpDuplo Friday, December 15, 2006 3:47:21 PM

HI Bea,

Well i would someday love to have my entire family here for Christmas, but I do not think it is entirely possible, It would be way too pricey to do that.

I love the Danish way of celebrating Christmas, This particular way to spend time with the family is something I value a lot.

I hope you one day gets the chance to experience Christmas in the North.

I will do my best to put it to use:D

Hugs to you too and do take care:)
