Plot

"Frida" chronicles the life Frida Kahlo (Salma Hayek) shared unflinchingly and openly with Diego Rivera (Alfred Molina), as the young couple took the art world by storm.

I have seen the film and also have her autobiography. She led a tough life full of pain, and although I appreciate the honesty of her paintings, they bother me.

There's just one thing which is really annoying in this movie.

The US actors act as they are mexicans and speak english with a mexican accent. Ridiculous.

...as for other movies (such as memories of a geisha), they "pretend" they are speaking another language, by imitating a japanese/mexican/foreigner speakink english.

this is really annoying.
