Our 4 day Weekend

Well friends and loved ones, this is my last day at my computer, at least for 4 days anyway.My wife and I are leaving tomorrow morning, heading south, about a three hour drive to Waterloo Illinois, where my wife's youngest daughter lives. That's about 30 miles south of St Louis, on the Illinois side of the Mississippi.
We are going there to baby sit her three children, while her and her husband take a little vacation to Lake Of The Ozarks in Missouri. The youngest of the three children is a 2+ year old boy named Jack, and Jack is a pretty big boy for his age, about 32lbs. His dad is 6ft 7in, so the genes are there, and of course my wife and I are not getting any younger, besides which, my wife has an artritic back that hurts all the time, has had both knees replaced, and during the surgery she had a blood clot in her lung, and almost died, but she doesn't know how to say no, when it comes to her grand kids, and this is the second time in two months that we've done this.
Now she can't handle this all by herself, so I volunteer to go along to help. Their house is huge, so sometimes it's like chasing the kids through a gymnasium.Let me tell you this is no picnic for us.
Actually I'm making it sound a little worse than it really is, I mean we are always glad to see the parent come home, but the kids are sweet , and fairly well behaved, so it's not all that bad.
I will have access to a computer, but I don't know how much time I'll have to spend on it, but I may just have enough time to see if anyone is reading this stuff.It's 2:00pm right now, so I will be here the rest of the evening. I usually put her in hibernation at 11:00pm, and go to bed. We will be leaving in the morning, so have a great weekend y'all.
