A small Norwegian company has developed a new technology, which will help Waste managers to reduce the part of difficult waste and turn this into valuable raw materials.
The Technology is based on Cold Drying and separation and can be used on many different waste problems where it has been difficult to separate the composites of the waste.
The Technology is especially efficient for Eggshell and Paper sludge waste.
For Eggshells
Eggshells can now be turned into a valuable, dry powderIncreased recycling of organic waste is the ambition both for policy makers and the industry itself. This usually means that the waste needs to be separated, dried and pulverized in some way or the other.
A novel technology developed in close partnership between AgroPlas AS and Vortair AS makes it possible to turn waste substances such as eggshells, bakery waste and biogas and sewage sludge into a valuable, dry powder.
Without any moving parts and operating at atmospheric pressure, the technology makes it possible to dry, pulverize and separate the input in a single step, achieving unrivalled efficiency and performance.
