I have now tested the new Mosh platform from Nokia.
It is a Platform wher you can upload your Wallpapers, Ringtones, Themes etc. for mobile Telephony. I found the Site not very good. What was missing was :
Very disappointing..

- Tools to create Ringtones
- Tools to Create Themes
- Tools to Create Wallpapers
- Visibility of profiles
- Lack of ability to personalize your site
Very disappointing..
