Alimentation

Principle of a nourishment healthy

Use foods in the state most natural possible.
Prevent saturated fats.
Take sufficiently liquid during the day, but not during the meals.
Eat the only three at four varieties of foods in each meal.
Prepare taste meals, but inside principles.
Prevent the abundant use of candies, cakes with many mixtures, or foods with very sugar.
Not eat more than three eggs per week.
Not gormandize between the meals.
Eat in pleasant ambient.
Not eat when nervous or it has been agitated.
To prevent spiced or greasy meats, sausage, cheeses (only use fresh cheese).
Prevent vinegar, mustard, pepper, conserves, coffee, coca-cola, or alcoholic beverage (beer, brandy, wine, etc…).
Eat a little less than if desires. The appetite that stills remained to if raising of the table disappears a few minutes, so soon the stomach initiates the digestion.
Eat raw foods at the beginning of each meal.
Eat at least 50% of raw foods daily.
Plan the schedule of the meals. It must have a space of at least five hours between the ending of the meal and another.
