you can say that this is my favorite pastime. just few years ago serbia was a true paradise when it comes to this kind of explorations since it was a relatively rich country when the war suddenly broke out so many big buildings were left unfinished (though almost completed) with nobody to guard them. now, when we have recovered, almost all of them are finished but, since this is a supersafe country, there isn’t much security so you can enter almost any building you want, it doesn’t even have to be abandoned – security, if there’s any, is very easy to fool
Excellent! You are in the group as well? I can't wait to see some of your pictures if you took any. Eli will be doing world trips someday...perhaps you could take us exploring!
well, i'm usually not alone, but you can't say that's a group - i'm hanging out with someone and we something interesting so we decide to go in... it’s rather spontaneous.
i don't usually carry my camera with me, but some of my friends do, so there are some photos... i'll send them to you after i come back from my big european trip (in abouth month or two, i'm taking off in a few days).
+++ one of my dreams is to go to chernobyl and explore it. this ukrainian girl (www.elenafilatova.com) does this relatively frequently, and she has a great site... maybe you should invite her to join our group.
Just post your pictures under the "UE and ME" forum heading (only 2 of them please) and at the end of each month we will all select the best ones by poll and i will save them and add them to a new folder. Also, I went to her page but I could not find her email...I would love to invite her if you know it.
hey! there is a forum, that’s great! i’ll do that.
well, i’m surprised that there’s no e-mail on her site… on her old site she was even offering ppl to go to Chernobyl with her… at least maybe you should write an article about her on the group’s blog. (i’m to busy with packing and deciding what should i bring with me).
edit: i can't find that topic. can you post a direct link here?

btw, for some reason, i can't send you private messages, so i'll give you link for my child (http://my.opera.com/zen4life/albums/show.dml?id=112248 ) so you can post it in the group.
