在這次的版本中，Opera 導入了新的資料搜集工具，以利了解部分使用者在開啟和關閉程式時會很慢的原因，並找出對應之道。工具的操作指南可以在這裡找到，在蒐集資料的過程中，個人資料是不會被儲存的，請放心使用。

又推出新版本了，本次的重點有：
  • 修正時常發生的「不穩定關閉」(premature shutdowns)
  • 依照需求，外掛程式(plug-ins) 選項現在出現在偏好對話框中。
