Team Fortress 2 would score pretty high on this kind of list for myself, and the Command & Conquer series.

Final Fantasy VII Series - Awesome storyline.

Final Fantaxy XII - Awesome battle system, awesome storyline, amazing graphics.

Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones - Amazing Pixel Art, good battle system, playable for years.

Grand Theft Auto 4 - Amazing graphics, laid back fun, endless things of what you can do.

Anima: Beyond Fantasy - Hey. Pen and paper games are awesome too.

any game that given you "fun time" it's the right one

Hahaha, I've played that too!!

I've used up to 1GB of RAM! And Opera was still alive!!

My friends and I did it on our schools clients (super "thin" netbooks with a 4GB RAM server ). It was still browse-a-ble after around 1,000 tabs.

It is also fun to hold "Ctrl + t" and wait until the tab bar looks only as a single bar. Then, press "Ctrl + Alt + w" (I still use 9.2 keyboard) and watch how the all dissapear!!

Agreed! Especially on a low-end client with a low-end server.

So it's unanimous then, the best game ever is, (drum roll please)

Just made a post like this on my blog. I challenge the rest of you! Tag "top 5 games"

So many to choose from. Do I go with the hack n slash obsession of Diablo 2 or the storytelling epic of the Final Fantasys? The tactical comedy of Disgaea or the nostalgia of Day of the Tentacle? The first good platform game feeling of the Prince of Persia remakes or the tension of the Hitman series. I gotta go with game series here.

• Star Ocean series for it's awesome combat and longevity.
  
• Fallout series for just being so different from anything else out there.
• Resident Evil series for making B-movies cool again and the awesome shoot fest that is Resi 4.
• Knights of the Old Republic series (I'm including the Mass Effect series in this as they have similar cores) for sci-fi goodness and immense role playing replayability.
• And number one is... Fable 2.
  There's something really relaxing about playing a game, sleeping with your wife and finding out you've gained a new STD from her, then murdering the slut in front of your kids.

I could message myself yesterday too. And your space removal meant manual entering of addresses to get to your page and find out I couldn't message you.

I don't play much games... but probably my top 5 games would be..

1.) Left 4 Dead (and by next week or month.. it would be different. It depends on what I am playing now)
2.) Final Fantasy
3.) Super Mario hahahaha...
4.) Wizzards and Warriors (it's an old nintendo game)
5.) Maple Story (it's soo cute!)


I don't like games that make me dizzy of gives me motion sickness like counter strike. Augh~ sorry. If ever there was a 6, I'll add RAN online

Not easy at all, but here are my best 5 (not in order) :

- Fallout : best rpg I ever played.. huge, stuffed with stats, quests, great story and perfectly balanced

- Falcon 3.0 : I am not such a flight sim lover, but building my own team of buddies and flying with em in Falcon was simply amazing, especially at the time

- Imperium : an amazing strategy/political game from distant 1990 (electronic arts), coded in asm by 2 geniuses and the first game that got me addicted!

- Street Fighter 2 : what can I say? year after year I played it with everyone I knew and against everyone I knew and almost on every system existing (I never used the pcengine version!!) .. pure fun!

- Doom : I remember buying the shareware 1st level and trying it on a very lowend 386 -- I knew wolf3d already but Doom just blew me away, such a revolutionary game!

I could add some more, like Doom 2, Another World, Populous, Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis, Daytona USA (coin op), Morrowind, Super Mario 1-2-3, Need For Speed 1&2, Tyrian, Stunts, F1GP, Alone In The Dark 1&2, F.E.A.R., Dune 2, Divine Divinity, Gothic 1, Max Payne 1, Colin McRae 1, Stalker, Flashback, Viper Racing, Mortal Kombat 1, etc etc .. basically old stuff, it's very rare I can find a recent game that captures me

Too many of them But if I can mention games I finished more than once that would be:

- Fallout 1 & 2
- Final Fantasy VII
- Planescape Torment
- Diablo

Fallout 2 and FF7 I have finished more than 10 times

just to mention FF7 was taking 70+hrs to finish fully (I mean with breading golden chocobos and getting KOTR materia, beating Emerald and Ruby etc.)...

good old times I don't think it would be possible to repeat that now
