How to add a Twitter feed to your blog

If you have a Twitter account it's easy to show your latest updates in the sidebar on My Opera:

  • Click on "Links" or add "/links" after your My Opera username
  • Click on "New newsfeed"
  • Add a name and input the URL to your Twitter feed (http://twitter.com/username)
  • Make sure "Show this newsfeed in my blog sidebar." is checked and save
  • ???
  • Profit!

Hmm, wondering if you have to add the whole feed link (didn't work with only twitter.com/username for me). But entering the RSS-link worked. Etc: http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/7857412.rss

RSS-link is in the right sidebox on twitter.com, or in Operas address bar :]

On a scale of popular, I'm not even a Mr Motivator yet. Maybe one day.

Twitter is for the nosy once :cool:
You get to a point where it becomes much to much.... Twitter is for those sitting like glue to the computer....

Sorry folks, my experience with twitter is rather bad, so I do not want it... :mad:
(misused by a person who served readers the most fantastic lies about others)

You can block those sort of people.

My twitter is open to Opera friends only.

I definately do not spend all day at a computer..
I'm new to twitter..and recieve the updates on my Opera page thanks to Espen's tip.

I feel Twitter is much like Facebook, and I am far from comfortable with that.
Twitter is strange to me, don`t understand much of how and what and why.... Homer: Doh!

On facebook you can set privacy settings for each application, and you can also disable publishing to the wall I think I think

You can now, it's a new feature..I believe they were sued over privacy issues.
