DotEd and I had no idea we would have a small audience following these battles (yes, there will be several 
).
It got hyped a bit, but we will do our best to entertain you. Maybe it will inspire you to do something similar with someone here at My Opera as well, that would've been cool!
To us, it's not as much the contest (or the coffee for that matter) thats cool, but the fact that two people, on different corners of the planet can have a public coffee drinking challenge spur of the moment and already have an audience waiting feverishly. It's awesome.

Two people on different corners of the planet battle against each other in an epic race to find out who is best. Best at what you say? Everything cool and fun.
Battles:
The Coffee Drinking Challenge
Rules and guidelines:
No cheating (obviously).
Every new contest should have a prize.
The prize should reflect the difficulty of the challenge, but should not be used as the main motivation for battling against each other. The reward can (and it's a bonus if it is) be of cultural and/or personal value (i.e.: something typical for you, your country, etc.).
Creativity and originality is always appreciated.
The most important rule: Have fun.
