Canadian sues Microsoft for $2 billion
Tin foil hat will be worn in court

A CANADIAN MAN has sued Microsoft, Wal-Mart and a long list of other defendants for $2 billion in damages over allegations that involve mind control, satanic rituals and witchcraft.

On Monday, Justice Fraser Wilson refused to dismiss the "bizarre" civil lawsuit filed by Jerry Rose of Nanaimo, British Columbia, despite arguments from five lawyers representing the defendants who sought to have the case summarily dismissed as outrageous and unfounded.

In addition to Microsoft and Wal-Mart, Rose's suit names as defendants the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Canadian telecomm company Telus, the University of British Columbia and the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Rose's two-page legal complaint claims "that he has been subject to invasive brain computer interface technology, research, experiments, field studies and surgery."

Did you read this comment Marcus?
Funny, unless it is true like last time,...
Look up the CIA's MKULTRA program. The CIA used Quebec mental patients as test subjects to artificially produce differential amnesia and schizophrenia. The 24 hour a day programming sessions of drugged patients was very effective at turning ordinary people into assassins supposedly.

Of course when mental patients started talking about this everyone thought they were crazy. Until they sued. The CIA and Canadian military settled out of court,....

Hi Carol, where did you read that comment at? I've never seen it before.

Hi Alla, imagine if what that guy says was true? :eyes:

 @ Mick

Hmmm, that sounds like a nutty iWife on my blog! :D Long time no see you, Esther!

I_ArtMan 15. November 2008, 05:22

the comment cited was on the same page as the article... scroll down... that was a great read. i kind of side with the guy... it's a way of spreading the unfounded wealth.

i've been so mangled by microsoft... but i can't exactly explain how... it would sound craZy. mental cruelty? from messages that in the beginning of my computer use... like "you have performed an illegal operation..." and suddenly the computer crashes... all work destroyed lost... just the zen blue screen... you're waiting for the sirens... you remember...

not to mention the battle of the pop-ups. and the cost of virus prevention.

anyway it was very entertaining.

Hi Scott, thanks. I didn't scroll down to read the comments on the article. Homer: Doh! We've all had our shares of problems caused by Microsoft. Hmm, maybe we should all sue for the mind control they are running on us.

I_ArtMan 15. November 2008, 05:51

or even just the suspicion that we are on lists and they know our every move and the name of our first pet... that's kind of irritating, should be worth as much as the lady who spilled hot coffee on her lap at mcdonalds and blamed them. i think she got about a million.

seriously though our legal personal claims system is a joke... if it's not downright criminal.

Hi Marcus, it's the 9th comment down from here:

kalynka 15. November 2008, 06:49

Haha, Marcus, I'm pretty sure it's true
Todays witchcraft called commerce. And not a mind control but a neuro-linguistic programming.
Which are the different taste of the same lollipop actually

sugarwinx 15. November 2008, 07:50

CaptainPenguin 15. November 2008, 10:28

I need to take a law suit out against Canon because each time they bring out a new camera I get an irresistible urge to upgrade,or is that just because I am a gullible git.

kalynka 15. November 2008, 12:26

Hahahaha, I'll sue Nokia then

FXM256 15. November 2008, 13:58

Hi Scott, I think that juries should stop awarding people for being stupid. Like the person you mention about the hot coffee at McDonald's.

Hi Carol, like I told Scott earlier, I had not even looked at the comments in the article before. Homer: Doh!

Me too, Scott.

Hi Esther, of course you are always welcome here.

 @ Nigel & Alla! Now Samsung has come out with a new phone that I want to upgrade too. Uh oh, think I better get a lawsuit ready. :D
