As far as i know Marcus, he was totally oblivious to, said tree..!!!
TvOne had a super-brief interview, he seemed quiet with not much to say at all. Softly spoken person, muttering about a Lotto ticket. Probably still in postshock. For him also i think he was of the ilk that thinks, PCs..Mobile Devices..etc are for young folk. The fact that this event/footage shot around the world is totally wasted with this guy ! He will be complaining that the lotto didn't come thru, grumble grumble, and whats all the fuss about !
Be sure, he is one Kiwi who very nearly lost his walking rights.!
He will be patted on the back and told what a lucky silly bugger he is !
No fan-fare, no caffufle, no posing, no hoopla, no media, no emotional dribble... Thats the way we are made down here.
