Internet Explorer 7 will has zoom of the whole page feature

Leaked beta 2 preview of Internet Explorer 7 has zoom button on the bottom of browser window that zooms page just like in Opera (10% to 1000%).
But Opera at that moment has way better implementation:
One thing that beats both Firefox and Opera at that moment - IE has both zooms - text zoom and page zoom.
But Opera at that moment has way better implementation:
- Opera renders zoomed page mutch faster
- IE has some bugs in rendering zoomed page (for example, text that has word spacing on 100% losing this style at any zoom)
- Opera ajusting width of elements to fit a window, IE not
