I have the exactly same error message in my MS Exchange WebAccess site, it started in build #9594 (win). Before that, all Kestrel builds worked fine for that website. I believe it's a bug caused by a regression. Could you test the Tucows.com website using a build BEFORE the one I've mentioned?
