All works out of the box it came with Core 2 Duo 2GHz, 3GB RAM, 250GB Hitachi, 9600mGT GPU and Pioneer burner. Battery holds up about an 1 hour and 50 minutes (new BIOS) and you can squeeze 2 hours with low brightness. Software part is a bit crazy this notebook came preloaded with allot of junkware and it takes about 30 minutes to update at first boot and another 2 hours to uninstall this stuff. Vista works just fine and with some tweaks it doesn't get any better than this. If you are designer you will probably want led back-light to get some nice display anyway this laptop lack of this. Don't let anything on keyboard like a pen to protect display from damage.
Re-charge battery every 3 months if you use it as desktop replacement.
Don't stress out laptop with games it can breakdown.
