My OperaFinance and Economy: open to women

Finance is seen as to be a mans job.
Times have changed and with this we've even realized that there's a higher number of capable women in finances than men.
We're not trying to say a gender is better or worse. We're trying to demonstrate that finance has pushed a big number of women to show the world what they're worth and that they can do that job, of course they can!!
Finance is a word that has no gender and if you feel excluded you've got lots of rights!
