Mindful Clock for Mac Users

Well whaddya know? After years of wishing someone would design a mindful clock for Mac users, it appears we have gotten lucky!

A big thank you to a friend in DC who sent the following details:

"I just wanted to pass on a mindfulness bell option for Macintosh users. It's called ProdMe, a Dashboard Widget for Mac OS X.

Download it here:

http://cruftforce7.com/index.html

It can be set to chime at any interval, and to mute between certain hours (like when you're sleeping.) And the default sound is a wonderful bell."

I am pleased to report that after downloading this to my own Mac a little while ago, it works just fine.

Huge apologies to those of you who unsuspectingly downloaded the Mindful Clock for PC Users. Having last used it myself years ago, I had no idea that the program had been corrupted. Word has been sent to the appropriate folks, who hopefully will be able to restore the program to its former elegance.

Don't forget to go look at the almost-full moon!
