through the growing of freezing technology,now days most of customer are more like to use Individual Quick Frozen Product or we can said IQF Product. The IQF product is more practice than other type of freezing. And Glazing are very importance if we are making an IQF product. With a good glazing on the product, Frozen IQF sea food can stand for about a year in a cold storage.
