I mostly keep my blog about me and the things I like, and not about politics, but last night Al Gore gave this speech about green energy and it's just too important to not blog about.
This is the long version of the speech, and you can jump to 02:20 if you want to get past the introduction.
Al Gore is brilliant speaker and if anyone can influence people to change it's him. I hope everyone will support this and switch to green energy.

Took a ride with this old steam train from 1911, just for fun. The locomotive-operator-driver-captain-guy had a cool moustache. Not much more to tell..
..
...
No chase on the train roof or anything exiting like that happened, but the train reminded me about The Station Agent, which is a wonderful film.

Summer is here and I'm about to go on vacation for a few weeks.
I was surprised to find out that it starts already next week, I thought it was the week after. Well, I guess that's what happens when you got a great job.
I've been designing a lot lately, making some big improvements for My Opera (you'll see more of that in the autumn). In the beginning it was hard, but it's finally coming along fine.
I've been listening to The Beatles lately and this song was actually the inspiration that helped me overcome my design doubts. It seems I needed a little Help!.

I've found a new interest; cooking.
And, I've found a good food store with a wide selection of organic and vegetarian food. I'm not a vegetarian, but there seems to be a lot of nice vegetarian food around and I want to try more of it.
Inspired by Jimmy I took some photos of my wok dinner today.
Now I'm surfing the Web trying to find good recipes for smoothies.. If you got any tips let me know.

I wanted my new apartment to be just the way I like it, so I decided to make my own framed wall paintings instead of buying some. For the living room I choosed to make two framed paintings (70*50 cm) with in-game screenshots from one of my favorite games; Another World.
I like the pixel art of old computer games and these two paintings came out really well. When I brought them from the print house to work everyone was stunned how cool they were, so now they want me to make some for the office as well.
Here's two big files, if you want to print your own: 1, 2.

Today Henrik, Robert and I visited Gunnebo. It's a beautiful 18th century neoclassical house and gardens, just south of Gothenburg. I've wanted to see it for some time but not gotten around to it until now.
I like this old 18th century style, with baroque gardens and surrounding old oak forests. I think I should get myself one of these places...
